The team at dicentra has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and has been active in taking the necessary steps to help protect the health and safety of both our team members and our clients. 

As a result, both of our offices in Guelph and Toronto will be temporarily closed to the public as of March 16 until further notice. While we feel this preventative measure is necessary in order to help limit the spread of the virus, we want to emphasize that any disruption to our services will be minimal in nature. dicentra as an organization embraces telecommuting and has invested in the necessary technological infrastructure in order to be able to support a remote workforce. 

In addition to offering work from home flexibility, dicentra has also committed to the following in order to continually provide all of our clients with the level of service they have come to expect:

• All of our team members have been provided with the necessary equipment to enable them to operate fully remotely while working in a safe space.
• Each of our team members remains reachable through their corporate extensions and emails at all times.
• We continuously communicate the importance of good hygiene and support our team by providing them with the education and tools necessary.
• Should any of our employees experience symptoms related to COVID-19, or receive a positive diagnosis, they will be instructed not to work. 
• In the event that any employee receives a positive diagnosis for COVID-19, they will have access to dicentra’s comprehensive benefits package which has outlined coverages specific to a COVID-19 diagnosis.

Now more than ever let’s fulfill our role as an industry to help enhance the health and wellbeing of the public. It’s absolutely critical we keep the supply chain robust and resourceful.
