Position: Marketing Coordinator

Description:

dicentra is looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate marketing professional, for a unique and exciting opportunity to
grow their career working with a world-renowned multidisciplinary consulting firm and Contract Research Organization in the life
sciences and food industries. This role will focus on the day-to-day coordination of dicentra’s overall marketing strategy and will
work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all projects remain in scope, on time, and on budget. This individual needs
to be results-driven, detail-oriented, a team player, and a clear and strong communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for organizing dicentra’s editorial content calendar including press releases, newsletters, and blogs
  • Manages email lists, templates, and campaigns
  • Tracks and manage dicentra’s list of memberships and associations
  • Assists in planning & coordinating events
  • Assists on webinars, coordinating with subject matter experts, fielding questions, and responding to audience
    members where applicable
  • Oversees and manage all organic and paid social media advertising on all company social platforms including
    twitter, linkedin, facebook, etc.
  • Coordinates internal (employee) and external (customer/client) email communications
  • Ensures content being produced is on brand and uses the proper key messaging, themes/topics, and content
    types, for each of dicentra’s audiences and communications channels
  • Manages the creation and execution (copywriting, editing, proofreading) of all content as required – such as
    blogs, ads, editorial, product descriptions, newsletters, emails, press releases, executive communications, articles,
    video scripts, etc.
  • Accountable for measuring and reporting KPI’s as it relates to the role
  • Manages dicentra’s project management tool and report on project status of all tasks at our weekly team updates
  • Prepares meeting notes and follow up emails outlining takeaways after our weekly team updates
  • Monitors and curate reviews using reputation management software to improve brand reputation for prospective
    clients and employees
  • Keeps up-to-date with industry standards in content and communications
  • Works closely with stakeholders to produce synergistic & highly engaging content
  • Assists in building actionable insights for our account managers to foster new and existing client relationships by
    prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Performs search engine optimization (SEO) tools to optimize website content, including landing pages,
    and blogs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years B2B experience
  • Post-secondary education in journalism, marketing, or communications
  • Experience working in a highly regulated field such as (preferably) healthcare required
  • Proven experience working with different content types for multiple digital channels and multiple target markets
  • 1 years’ experience managing corporate social media accounts required
  • 1 years’ experience in a customer service related role
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape, its channels, and how success is measured
  • Graphic design, photography, and events management experience would be considered an asset
  • Bilingual or proficient in French would be considered an asset
