Position: Social Marketing Manager

dicentra is looking for a talented Social Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building the social media presence of our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and reporting on dicentra’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. The Social Marketing Manager will be required to run advertising campaigns, engage in community outreach, and drive engagement with high quality original content.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all B2B social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook)
  • Plan, create, and publish social media postings on all platforms in line with social media content calendar
  • Perform competitive analysis on social media channels to ensure optimal brand positioning
  • Plan, curate, and develop all social media content (images, video, copy, and audio)
  • Plan, create, and publish paid social media campaigns using platforms such as Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Advertising, etc.
  • Define a measurement strategy based on corporate objectives to grow engagement, social referrals, and social leads on all social channels
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications, Operations, Business Development, and the Executive team to improve brand presence on social media
  • Monitor brand communications externally and internally using social listening tools
  • Track and report on social media efforts and make recommendations to improve strategy
  • Track and report on performance of paid social media against goals and budget
  • Respond to all questions, comments, and concerns from our clients on all social media channels promptly
  • Effectively interact with online community and internal stakeholders as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience with social media management, earned media management, and paid social media advertising
  • Proven track record growing engagement on all social channels
  • BA/BS Degree in a related field with strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience managing Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Advertising
  • Strong community management skills
  • English fluency required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 1 years’ experience in a customer service related role is required
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Attention to and ability to execute on details
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • French and/or Spanish proficiency is a bonus
