Shlomo Booklin, Master GrowerdCC is pleased to welcome our new Senior Cultivation Specialist. Shlomo has managed several profitable, large scale agricultural operations spanning three continents, and has 30 years experience in research, horticulture, teaching, management and consulting.

Since 2014, Shlomo has worked with many of the largest Licensed Producers in Canada, namely Tilray, MedReleaf, Green Pharma and others, where he worked as a Master Grower, maximizing production and overseeing compliance with Health Canada regulations. Shlomo has also been working closely with the leading medicinal cannabis growers, researchers and scientists in Israel to produce exclusive, specific medicinal strains. He is a proven expert in top quality plant production using very efficient methods that increase productivity and profitability.

Justin Le Dressaydicentra Cannabis Consulting is also pleased to welcome Justin Le Dressay to the team as Director of Business Development. Justin’s background includes 10+ years of sales, management and marketing achievements in finance, telecommunications, and beverage alcohol with such industry leaders as Sun Life Financial, TELUS and E & J Gallo Winery.

Most recently, Justin led Gallo’s Eastern Canada Customer Development, working with the executive teams at government liquor boards in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. His experience and product knowledge led to a role as Chairman for the Merchandising and Marketing Committee with Drinks Ontario, leading top-to-top meetings with the Executive Team at the LCBO, driving positive change for the entire industry.
