Position: Sales Support

We are looking for a talented Sales Support who is ready to bring our business to the next level. This role will focus mainly on managing incoming leads interested in receiving quotes for Life Sciences related services. This individual needs to be results driven, a team player and a clear and strong communicator. The candidate is a professional with experience in prospecting and finding new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• The person’s primary role is to receive (by phone and email) and manage and keep track of all leads and opportunities in Sales Force on behalf of business development for Life Sciences – you will contact the lead initially, set up appointments and phone calls, send them information on the company, listen in on phone calls and meetings with the prospect and business development, prepare and send all required quotes and agreements and invoices and non-disclosure agreements, maintain meticulous records in Sales Force and follow up with leads and opportunities on a regular and systematic basis to maximize conversion rates. As you close the deal you will pass the project on to the technical team with all relevant documentation.
• Perform sales activities such as qualifying, and lead follow-up
• Research accounts and identify key decision makers
• Convert qualified leads to quotes and direct to the Business Development for closing
• Work with the Business Development to brainstorm new opportunities for business
• Track all opportunities within Salesforce
• Set, meet and exceed agreed upon sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably within Life Sciences
• Salesforce experience required
• Science or Business University Degree with strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent phone communications skills required
• English fluency required
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
