  • Partnering with hiring managers on identifying future hiring needs and creating recruiting strategies.

  • Drafting appealing job descriptions and job postings.

  • Attracting the best talents through multiple channels (social media, online groups, forums, etc.).

  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants.

  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

  • Building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline for various roles and positions.

  • Designing and implementing standard operating procedures for research and recruiting.

  • Managing full cycle recruiting from job posting to hiring.

  • Cooperating closely with Marketing Department on promoting dicentra’s reputation and attractiveness as the best employment opportunity.

  • Attending job fairs and hiring events.

  • Building relations with industry-related organizations, and trade associations, and actively networking to attract the best quality candidates.

  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations.

  • Providing recruitment reports to the management.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or Marketing).

  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience (full cycle recruiting).

  • Experience with recruiting in Clinical Trials or Regulatory Consulting Industry is an asset.

  • Ability to manage 20+ job openings at a given time.

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.

  • Proficiency in using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and online recruitment platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc.) for recruiting purposes; great knowledge of all functionalities these platforms have to offer.

  • Enthusiastic attitude with the ability to build excitement and infect others with passion and vision of the company’s growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of employment law and Human Rights legislation.
