  • Maintaining relationships with all existing clients.

  • Schedules initial and recertifications for all clients.

  • Coordinates and books internal auditor or external auditor travel and accommodations as necessary.

  • Ensures proper storage of all completed forms associated with the schemes.

  • Supports Operations Lead and Managing Director GC during annual ANSI audit and in any functions as requested.

  • Reviews Application Form for completeness and compares the information with any existing Assessment Database (for example SQF) to ensure consistency in information.

  • Ensures the auditor selected meets the scheme requirements for the scopes/categories covered in the audit application.

  • Generate the Audit in the scheme Assessment Database.

  • Ensures Impartiality Confirmation Forms are completed by all employees.

  • Records and logs all complaints or feedback communicated to dicentra Global Certifications and passes to Operations Lead for investigation.

  • Communicates complaint outcomes or decisions to the complainant.

  • Takes part in the management review with the President, Managing Director, Operations Lead, and associated process personnel as needed.

  • Identifies initial timelines and duration of an audit in advance of the audit.

  • Monitors adherence to initial audit timelines and duration of an audit.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in an executive assistant, scheduling or administrative position.

  • Prior food safety experience is considered an asset.

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Suite programs.
