Rupika Malhotra, MSc

Rupika Malhotra brings extensive experience in food and nutrition regulatory affairs to her role at dicentra. She advises on Novel Food Notifications, health and nutrition claims, and food labeling. Her background in clinical research, product development and food regulations help to facilitate productive and efficient discussions with government authorities on behalf of her clients. She also contributes to industry publications and websites with assessments of new and upcoming regulations.

Rupika earned her Master of Science in Human Health and Nutrition and has written many evidence-based papers. She has also completed training in FDA Nutrition Labeling and in Canadian Food Allergen Regulations.
